Maria Ciano

Maria Ciano serves as the Executive Director for the Douglas County Housing Partnership (DCHP), a multi-jurisdictional Housing Authority for the City of Lone Tree, the City of Castle Pines, the Town of Castle Rock, the Town of Parker, and Douglas County. DCHP owns and develops affordable housing, issues private activity bonds for affordable housing developments, and engages in partnerships to expand housing opportunities and stability throughout Douglas County. DCHP is a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved Housing Counseling Agency and provides foreclosure mediation services, home equity mortgage conversion (HECM), new homebuyer education, and down payment assistance.
