The Secretary has worked as an administrative assistant in New York City since graduating college. She's served a variety of bosses at public relation firms, not-for-profits, commercial real estate firms, and investment banks. She's been fired from one and laid off from another. Currently, she works at a prestigious investment bank on Park Avenue. These stories are based on her own experiences, as well as those of her colleagues and colleagues of colleagues.
