My name is Isabelle. I’ve been collecting stamps for more than 30 years now. Over the past 10 years or so, I decided to focus on Mauritian stamps, and in particular on collecting first day covers and special covers. I must admit I found it hard to find a complete list of covers: thanks to Mauritius Post, I managed to get a list of all official first day covers, but getting a full list of commemorative/ special covers still remains a huge challenge. I still miss a number of them... This blog is meant to fill in this gap: I have decided to publish my collection and I hope that Mauritian philatelists or others passionates about Mauritian stamps will find them useful.
