Susan Bodnar

Susan Bodnar,PhD is interested in the relationship between mental health and environmental identities - social and physical. She is an adjunct faculty member at Teachers College/Columbia University and The Stephen Mitchell Relational Center. She is an assistant editor of "Psychoanalytic Dialogues," and on the editorial board of "Contemporary Psychoanalysis." Dr. Bodnar studied anthropology at Wesleyan University and received her doctorate in clinical psychology from The Graduate Center of the City University of New York. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in medical psychology at Roosevelt Hospital, and trained as a psychoanalyst at the William Alanson White Institute in New York City.
