Hello! And welcome to rachelvaughan.ca. Allow me to take a moment to introduce myself. I have a deep passion for the nonprofit world and a strong commitment to helping others. I'm always looking for new opportunities to connect, inspire, and support those in need. With a career rooted in nonprofit work, I’ve spent my time honing skills in communications, fundraising, organization, and creating meaningful content to foster connections, support, and hope within our communities. Since 2021, my personal mission and vision has been to remind others that there is a place at the table, and we saved you a seat. Won't you join us? When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying the simple things that make life special—like a cold Dr Pepper, a good cup of coffee, or getting lost in a good book (like Austen or Tolkien). I’m a big fan of the Toronto Raptors and all things NBA, and Cape Cod holds a special place in my heart as my favorite place on earth. If I had the time and money, I'd pack my bags tomorrow and be off to Hawaii or Scotland. I’m all about good vibes, easy-going, and laidback fun: I love dancing, singing (poorly!), bird watching, and lots of laughing (because who doesn’t need a little more laughter in their life?). And when I’m craving some downtime, there’s nothing better than being by the water—whether it’s the beach or lake or pond, or large puddle. I’m a proud member of Team Jess, Samwise is the best hobbit, and Jo should’ve ended up with Laurie (it’s just how it should be). Don’t even get me started on my devotion to Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, and Foreigner. There can never be too much music, too many flowers, or enough babies.
