Retired Chief Engineer, went to sea, really for the experience, and for knowledge. At heart, I am a Design Engineer, going to sea has helped me increase substantially my insight into 'liveability, ongoing maintenance and sustainability of industrial workplaces' I now wish to return to my earlier career of Design Engineer, and put what I have learned to good use. In addition I have great understanding in interpersonal communication in the workplace, and how to overcome workplace bullying. Lastly I am seriously into product design with the emphasis on overcoming limitations placed by poor design practise.
