I was born in Western Australia and grew up on a farm in Gidgegannup and went to Mount Helena Primary School and Eastern Hills High School. After doing a Bible College course in Sydney NSW I traveled overseas for an number of years living in Israel and South Africa for some years. I also visited Cannada, England, Scotland and the USA. I returned to Australia in 1980 to commence living in the Newcastle region of NSW and have lived in Birmingham Gardens since 1990.
