Joyce P. Uglow

Joyce P. Uglow, an award-winning picture book poet, writes children’s books that educators, librarians, and kids tell each other about. She digs in on topics from bees, trees, and families to ancient cave art and fossils trapped in asphalt seeps. She is currently SCBWI Wisconsin’s Regional Advisor. She the author of Stuck! The Story of La Brea Tar Pits and poet contributor to Hey Hey Books Publishing’s WILD: An Anthology of Poetry and Pomelo Books Ekphrastic poetry anthologies WHAT IS HOPE? And WHAT IS A FAMILY?
