I am a father of a daughter who is being screwed by her husband in California. The court system appears to like him and has determined he is better to have custody of her three children. Oh, and for her not to have any access to them while he severely alienates them against her. Remember she has been a stay at home mom for fourteen of the last seventeen years. He lives one mile away and will not let her see them. He has embarked on a strategy of severe alienation against her, has said that unless she signs over the house, signs over her three children of 11, 13 and 15, signs that he will not pay alimony, spousal support or child support and allows him to move away she will never see them again. The Contra Costa Family Court appears to support him in this yet they are not yet divorced.
