I'm a retired English expat now living in California. I spent my entire career as a film maker/photographer and have been fortunate to travel quite extensively. I've had numerous interesting contacts and I want to use this blog to share them with like minded folks who're also interested. I've written fairly extensively about my experiences and friends seem to find them interesting, "you should write a book " is something I've heard quite often. So that's what this will be about, my memoirs and photographs. Throughout my life I've been very interested in music, i.e.; reggae, jazz, African, classical and of course films and TV. Much of my writing will relate to these interests.
