I'm a 39 year old golf and exercise addict trying to lower my handicap by 50% over a 4 year period. Ends when I turn 40 in August 2015. I live in Alameda, California with my wife, my three daughters, and our Welsh Terrier. I'll be blogging about anything that comes to mind as I undertake my journey. I'll be relying on using innovative drills, exercises, stretches, and training aids to rapidly drop from a 14 handicap to a 7 by 8/26/75.
