Michael E. Stern

A professional photographer since 1980, I split my time between professional assignments, teaching, mentoring, writing and public speaking. A graduate of Art Center College of Design, I have owned and operated eight commercial studios in Hollywood, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake and Burbank. In 2006 I closed down my last studio to concentrate on new avenues of growth. The main goal of my blog is to help other SECP's (self-employed creative professionals) deal with the myriad issues coming at them on a daily basis. I have written my first book, (available at Amazon) and am preparing for the debut of my newest venture: an online talk show about photography.
