I am the creator of Charlotte's Web of Wellness, a home away from home where you can visit to feel inspired to live a healthy, energetic, motivating and rewarding life. I love to speak to women who, like me, have either transitioned through many changes in their lives or are in the midst of a transition.. whether that be divorce, menopause, looking for meaning and purpose, dealing with a child's eating disorder, or looking to live life on their own terms. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, I also realize the power of food. Food changes everything!!
